Kentucky Fried Chicken

I love the food, but the workers need to get it together. I took my raincheck for the free grilled chicken meal in there the other day and the woman asked if I wanted grilled, extra crispy, or original. I told her that the thing says it's for grilled so I want grilled. I mean the whole idea was to promote the grilled chicken meals. It isn't supposed to be used for the other kinds. Also, they got my order wrong another time because I could barely hear them on the speaker it was so low and then when she gave me the food I told her I was missing a meal and she acted like she was mad and gave it to me but she was talking to me with her head turned into the restaurant and I said I couldn't hear her and she got aggravated. I think next time I will write it down word for word and take it in and give it to them and maybe they will do better.
My rating is because of the foodnot the service.
