User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe Manager that runs these apartments is very low life The actual owner never get's reports on how the apt's are runned by this manager, The manager will evict people in a avery cruel manner. and only will house the ones that don't need to be at these apt's, The manager has a very bad reputation as a drug addict and a seller of drug's. There has been alot said to athority's about what the manager does, but, nobody will do nothing to help, so, the manger is very egotistical and very arrogant in manner. These apt's are in poor shape.not fit to live in actually. The USDA has no clue in the investment they have in these apt's, they need to do further investigation on who manages these apartment building.

They do not keep up the standards on these apartments. They don't fix broken doors (still sitting in the closet broken), don't fix holes in walls, no screens on windows, and you have to use a pair of pliers to open the windows. They are never cleaned when you move. You have to clean them yourself. Very disgusting places.
