This is a very welcoming environment.

A very presentable blond-haired woman is usually present when I visit (which is often). She welcomes everyone in as well as their way out. Always expect a family-like greeting in and out from this restaurant.

The bar is small, but can fit a lot. It's almost like being at home. Servers from all around the restaurant will come and chat briefly with you. The drinks are made to perfection and are very attractive and presentable. Did I mention tasty, too?

My experience on the dining floor is a little different from my day and night experiences. I don't care to dine at night due to the crowds, noise, and chaos. At night the wait is long and the noise is ridiculous; but then again, what would you expect from a popular restaurant in a small town? Good food and good times, right?

The day, however, is calm, nice, and easy to enjoy either duo or solo. The food comes in a timely manner fresh and steaming. Sometimes you can hear the cooks having a great time laughing and cutting up. It's good to know the place has loyal employees who sound like they love and enjoy their job to accommodate Springfield. The staff doesn't seem to change and it's nice to not have to keep explaining you life story over and over again. I enjoy the hugs, the hellos and the polite conversations with my first name instead of "sir".

From what I think are the management staff, they are quick to assure 120% satisfaction to each and every guests, even if a problem hasn't risen to attention. I had a steak over--cooked and a beautiful woman, whom I'll never forget, named "Donna" not only took the care of making me a brand new steak, but also bought me some famous caramel pie! Which was
VERY delicious, my compliments to the chef! "Donna" also slipped me a coupon to assure that I would keep my promise of coming back on my way out. She has a great smile!

The staff is friendly and caring. They take the time to get to know their guests and everyone helps each other out. They are usually wearing blue shirts, but sometimes, the ladies wearing black will serve you, too! I usually have about 2 to 3 servers, ha ha!

Overall, this is a fantastic place during the day! Try to stick with a server who's been there a while. The new one's tend to make it feel like you're dining on a Saturday night.
