    Took a Full size Futon cover & requested Dry Cleaning (had a big tag "Dry Clean Only), but was washed & dried instead & it shrunk
    to a crib size cover. First they lied, saying that I had taken it
    that way. Then claimed no responsibility for it.

    If you don't mind paying for dirty stained startched clothes then use Dry Clean City. Or if you don't mind having to wash your own clothes before you take them to the cleaners then use Dry Clean City. If any of these things bother you then I would suggest using another cleaners
