User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI also went thru the drive thru at Krispy Kreme around 6:00a.m. I wanted to order a large box of donut holes to take to work. I was told that they couldn't sell me a large box of holes, but I could buy the small cups. (At a much higher price if I wanted the equal quantity of the large box.) The large box was listed on the menu. Do they realize how many cups I'd have to buy for 20 people at work......Jeesh. I ended up getting nothing. Then another time I went inside for coffee and a donut. After paying for my items I asked the employee if she could heat my donut for 5 seconds in the microwave. She said, NO, it was against their policy. What ever happened to making the customer happy, and all that crap. I'd say that the donuts are definitely yummie, though overly sweet.....but the customer service SUCKS!!!!!

The quality of the doughnuts is fantastic but the service was not. There was no indication that the diner was not open since I arrived at 6am when I stepped out of my vehicle, I was motioned to use the drive through. There were taped signs over the menu that made it impossible to view any of the selections. Co-workers have bought Doughnut Holes in a cup from this establishment but when I asked this morning if they have any the answer was, "No." So I again asked, "you don't have doughnut holes?" Again, "NO." If this was a limited offer it would have been appropriate to inform the customer that it was only as a trial or they have run out not just a flat no. I ordered four dozen doughnuts and instead of placing these in a bag to make it easier for the customer to carry, they were handed to me without a bag. There is no customer service at this establishment and I was very disappointed with my visit.
