User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOn 4 June 2009 I purchased two large pizzas (carry-out) from this establishment. As I drove home I noticed a spider on the pizza box, I brushed it away. When I got home and set the pizza on my kitchen table and began to open the first box an ant crawled onto my hand from the flap on the box. As a looked inside I saw at least three more ants scurrying around the pizza, as well as, another small spider. Underneath the pizza were two more dead ants. The staff were defenseive and rude when I demanded replacement pizza. I finally got my money back and will surely never patronize this establish again. They absolutely denied the insects came from their restaurant, so I have little confidence that the management there will do anything to prevent this from happening to other people. Bottom line if ANTS and SPIDERS are among your favorite toppings on your pizza, by all means Pot Belly's Pizza in Horizon City, TX is the place for you!!!

Great chicken wings; you can request how spicy you want them. I like the hot wings. And they have a good chicken salad as well and reasonable prices!!
