Don't know if it was dry aged or freshly butchered and grilled, but so far this is the best tasting ribeye I've had. Every bite brings out a juicy burst of flavor coming from the meat. No steak sauce and no more than medium when cooked, just the way a steak is meant to be eaten. I've been to high end steakhouses (S&W, Gibson's, Ruth's Chris) nothing is as flavorful than this. The chilli and pineapple laced coleslaw compliment the fare perfectly. They can do a little better on the bread though.
Maybe it was the hype. We were seriously disappointed. The service was poor at best. The food just okay. Of the 3 steaks ordered, only 1 was cooked correctly. The staff didn't seem to care about us. And what about those paper napkins at dinner with $20+ entries, a cloth napkins would have been nice. Outback would have been a better choice, and saved the gas.
One of the best restaurants in the area. My sister had her wedding there and everbody was extremly satisfied. When I was a kid my dad took our family here and found the place to be magical. I truly recomend the place.
