Red Lobster Waitstaff Manager,

My family (husband and in-laws)visited your restaurant on July 7th, 2008 for dinner and we had a very pleasant experience. I wanted to write a note to say how excellent EVERYTHING was. The food was perfect, we all ordered from the fire grill menu, WOW, superb. Penny was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was on top of everything, we ordered a bottle of wine/app/salad/entre and everything was done perfectly. We never waited for anything and she wasn't pushy like many places do now a days. I will definately recommend that my friends ask for her and I will myself. Please send this letter along to her so she knows she is appreciated. Also tell her, as far as I am aware, this was the first time my father in-law actually tipped 20%, I was shocked- he is a tight wad. Congrats to her!

This was my best experience there yet.
It was a nice change to have such a great time out to eat. You guys are doing something right. Cheers to you. I will be back there for certain.
