The worst Drycleaner I've ever been to!! My wife picked up 2 of my suits from them on Friday (10/24). On Monday (10/27), I noticed that the crease on both suit jackets were messed up, so i took the jackets back and requested that they iron it. The lady refused, she said that it was because of being hung up in my closet. I've owned these suits for over a year and have had them drycleaned before, never has this happened, so I know that what she was saying wasn’t true. The lady knew I hadn't worn it, because the tags were still there, what blew me away was the fact that she wouldn't even iron it.
Last month I had to take back my pants because they messed up the crease. The lady told me that they have a 2 day policy of correcting any defects. Two days!! How many people get clothes drycleaned and wear them the very next day? If you must take your clothes to this place, do yourselves a favor when picking up your clothes, check each piece of clothing before you leave their store.
