Excellent: Verde is one of our favorite resturants. The food and ambiance are perfect. The Wine list is great, and even the by the glass wine is well selected. We have dined at Verde as a couple, with small groups, and with 12. They ahve always done a fabulous job.

Verde: This is undoubtedly the best retaurant in Southern Vermont. Boub Touchette and his crew do a great job of preparing anything on the menu. The rack of lamb is awesome; tuna tartar appetizer and mussels are incredible. The best dessert are the homeade benguets and homemade ice cream but any are outstanding. Located in The Landmark at Stratton, a combination of residences and commercial spaces, which by the way is always spotless when we visit, Verde is our first stop when we get to Vermont. Starting with the persdon greeting us at the desk in the nicely done lobby (mainly for the residences) to the maitre'd and waitstaff, this rivals any restaurant we go to in NYC. The owners should be proud as even the restrooms, while a bit inconvenient, are as spotless as one could want. We can't wait for our next visit to Verde's!
