Bad experience all around. I have insurance which paid their 3rd party billing company. Somehow I am still getting billed for the amount that the insurance company already paid. Horrible customer service. Go some where else.
I have been a patient of Dr. Martiniâs for over five years now and have been extremely happy with everything from the stellar level of service to the comfortable and modern environment of her office. Not only is the staff wonderfully versed on the most current gadgets and gizmos, which allow for the earliest detection of issues and the simplest appropriate care solutions, they are also gentle, friendly and inviting.
Itâs probably sounds odd that I can say that my experiences at the dentistâs office are always positive, but they truly are. I have had everything from fillings and bonding work to bleaching done at Dr. Martiniâs office with fabulous results and from start to finish have been thrilled with the warm demeanor and professional care I have received. It sure doesnât hurt that I am offered a warm shoulder wrap every time I get in the chair either.
Thank you Dr. Martini and staff for making what is usually an anxious event as close to a pleasure as it realistically can be!
My 1st impression was not a good one as the woman at the desk was not pleasant at all... watching her smoke outside the front door wasn't that welcoming either. Since she would not be working on my teeth, I let it go. As I was sitting in my chair having my teeth cleaned, I was then told about all the procedures they do and the cost of everything. I felt like I was being sold all sorts of things I did not need. At the end of the appointment, I had to fill out a questionare asking if I had been told about this so the poor hygenists are forced to 'sell' this each time. When the dentist came in, she told me all these things I need done, when no one has ever mentioned before - and I see a dentist ever 6 months. Long story short, I think they are money hungry and do not take their patients best interest to heart. I recommend going somewhere else.
