They were at our house promptly when they said they were going to be there and unclogged our main pipe that led to the city sewer in one hour. the few was extremely reasonable (we paid 25 dollars more than ten years ago) and they even gave us 25.00 off of that! Excellent, professional, competent service! Of course plumbing problems don t happen during normal business hours. We called at 7:30am and were told that we could get a plumber between 11am-1pm. Technicians Chad and Kevin arrived at noon. We were advised of our different options and the technicians recommendations to repair the kitchen faucet. We selected the (lifetime guarantee) faucet replacement and it looks and functions beautifully! Thank you Fox! I will be scheduling another appointment to finally resolve all of my other little plumbing annoyances.
