I have yet to find an employee that knows where anything is or how to help. They pass the buck to the next employee who say's, "Why did they tell you to see me". The electrical department is the only area you can get good help in, but wait your turn, it will be a while and the lumber department you can forget. You better know what you want and where it is and get it yourself. And why in the hell is there only one checkout open with 30 people ready to check out? The new Lowes is much frendlier and a lot more helpful but give them time. Its back to the local lumber yards.
I called the store to se if they had a mower in stock, they did so I drove to the store. after trying to locate the mower, I asked for help and they located some up onthe racks. I was told that they couldn't close the aisle down, to get them down, and I would have to return after 5 pm( it was 10 am . I was disappointed, and told them I would be back, to pick one up. At 5 , when I returned, I was told it would be after 8 before they could get one down. From now on Lowe's gets my business.
I stood at the contractor desk on Saturday for 10 minutes and five employees walked by me making sure they didnt make eye contact. Not good. Service sucks but they usually have what Im looking for.
