roots restaurant: i dont give it a high rating only because its a little pricey but the food is organic and delicious i reccomend it for specical occasions like birthday or anniversery or somthing unless you have the money the price range is in the $20-$30 area but the food is excellent and the service is good too. but its not exactly a good hang out spot...
My FAVORITE Restaurant: We love to come here, because the ambiance is amazing - it has a gorgeous view of the city. While I have never dined in the "restaurant" portion, Roots Cellar is laid back & the patio is great. Most times, we'll order a plate of nachos and a couple of drinks. You can't beat the live music either!
Sometimes a 5 star: The relentlessly fresh ingredients are reminiscent of Ches Panisse in SF. Preparation is somewhat inconsistent though so not quite a 5 star. Great view, yes.
