    It is a pleasure to recommend Irene Swain. She is thorough, consistent, kind, and most importantly very present with her work. She is right there for her people and guides them perfectly through the entire process of their marriage. Marriage is a big deal, and one needs to feel secure in their experience. Not only is she excellent at performing the marriage vows, but her enthusiasm and love for the process is truly palpable. She takes care of all guidance and every little detail. One need only be there with their commitment, and the rest is done in a beautiful way. One is able to create their marriage experience in a way that has personal meaning. She is top of the line.
