User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI took my car to Auto Body reoair Shop and Collision Center after an accident. They were extremely friendly and courteous, and they had my car back to me within 3 business days. Very knowledgable, they explained things to me that I was not even aware of about my own car. They didn't try and pressure me for any extra work, just thought that I needed to be aware of some things that previously I was not. Highly recommend.

Had my BMW 328 coupe replacement part ready in short order and installed it without hassle. The 3 A's to success: affable, available, and able. These guys are all 3.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI discovered Automotive Collision center over three years ago when I was in a front-end collision with a BMW. The owner took the car there to have the repair work done. Since I had agreed to pay the cost of the repairs, I remembered waiting with some trepidation to hear the estimate. It turned out to be a lot less than I expected. What a pleasant surprise! An auto body shop that doesn't charge and arm and a leg! Didn't think there was such a place left in MD. To my relief, the work was accomplished with no hassle.
Since then, my wife and I have taken our cars to Herzel's shop for various repairs. In addition to reasonable labor costs, the owner, will price compare parts and will give you the option of using less costly replacements. He is knowledgeable, easy to talk with and explains things clearly.
I highly recommend automotive collision center to all of my friends. Once you have dealt with him and his efficient and courteous staff you won't want to go anywhere else for your auto body repair.
