Great food, quite a bar scene: The food is quite delicious and the decor is very cool and modern. We were there on a night when the bar was packed, which unfortunately made our dinner very noisy (I bet this would be nice for a romantic date on a quieter night). Looks like a great place to have a drink if you work or are shopping in the Embarcadero area.

Try the cheese plate and the pancetta-wrapped monkfish-- delicious!

Chic and Good Food: The ambience is so hip and chic that you almost expect the food to be bad. So what a surprise for me to find the food to be of high quality. The crowd was pretty good looking to. It's definitely a place for a date. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the fact that it's a bit overpriced. Especially the cocktails. I don't really mind as long as I'm not paying. :)

Trendy Scene, Hip and Comfy Decor, Excellent food: The one major drawback was the noise. Even the music seemed a bit loud. I had to lean across the table to hear my dinnermate.

The foie gras "pb&j" was mouth-watering, and the Strawberry & rhubarb shortcake was completely memorable as well.

Service was friendly and fast. Overall a fun and enjoyable experiance.
