User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsi really really hate to give a stephen starr restaurant a low rating, but for the first time i was unsatisified. started off with about a 20 minute wait, not bad. we got seated next to the door which opened every 5 seconds and let the cold air flow in towards us! the food was decent, and the wait staff was decent. i would have loved the atmosphere but couldnt enjoy it because I couldnt even hear my husband who was sitting 2 ft from me talking!! it was soooooo loud!! it might have been nice with a few girl friends as a night out, but probably wont be back.! =/
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis is only in reference to the roof deck of the CMT. Very rude -- well, perhaps arrogant is a better word -- wait staff. What they feel they have to be arrogant about is beyond me. Food was just all right.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I were in Philadelphia for an overnight stay. We walked past this restaurant and are so happy we gave it a try. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful, making great suggestions with regard to cocktails and menu items. The food was delicious and carefully prepared. The service was attentive and food was delivered to our talbe hot and fresh from the kitchen just as soon as it was prepared. I highly recommend the Continental Mid-Town to anyone who likes to ecperience something out of the ordinary. I can't wait to go back.
