User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBe Careful with these guys. They REQUIRE you to pay with electronic fund transfer (EFT) which allows them to enforce their 30 DAYS required notice to cancel policy. They close for a week in Nov and 2 weeks in Dec, so you pay a steep fee for those months, but have few lessons. The owner Ryan told me that since my son was a new student he would get to make up that missed (closed down) lesson in Nov., but he refused it when we told him Nov would be our last month, so we paid $130 for 3 lessons. Stay away!!!

We were very disappointed with our experience at Rockstars. The teacher turnover is unacceptable. Within 7 months we were introduced to three piano teachers. In addition, the contract they have you sign is unreasonable. In order to quit lessons/ or to take an extended vacation you must give 30 days notice or you are to pay for the month. They do not care if you are dissatisfied....they just expect you to pay. however, they canceled our lessons within 1 hour of the lesson and no refund was made available...I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate a make up lesson I would not recommend this studio to anyone. Buyer beware!

Nice people, but kind of pricey. Pretty much another lesson studio.
