    lets start with the building it looks like it should be condemmed. i almost tripped on the wooden floor strip sticking out of the floor the walls have dried food stuck to them, there are gapping holes in the walls the table was dirty i had to clean it with my water and a table napkin. we drove two hours to get there texas beef ribs but they were all out. after watching four tables that came after us get served our food came.this was the worst b-b-q i have ever ate. the sause,my 5-yr. old could make better.i will warn all of my friends and family not to eat at baby blues bar-b-Q. I personal will never go back.

    5 star food all the way! Be ready to wait a long time to be seated, but this is only because the place is small and the fans are willing to wait.

    The BBQ was out of this world--didnt think the brisket was great, but the chicken, ribs and pulled pork was out of this world. I would suggest the sample plate with a little of everything.

    Sides are great. Make sure to get the shirmp on corn bread apps and try all of the bbq sauces.

    Go with a plan to eat yourself silly and be ready to wait--smaller groups can sneak in quickly sometimes.
