The atmosphere is, well, pink. Pink lights, pink decor, pink pretty much everything. Beware the cover charge!: We have been to Pink on several occasion and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the crowd, but probably will not return after our previous experience. We were charged $20 per person at the door, as were friends of ours who showed up about 30 minutes later. Our friends claimed to not have enough cash for such a steep cover, and were then allowed in at $10 each. This piqued my curiosity, so I checked Pink's webpage the following day. Imagine that! The cover charge was stated to be $10 for the previous night.

San Francisco has too many trendy clubs for me to waste my money at a club where the doorman overcharges and pockets the difference. That doesn't speak well for the integrity of the employees, and makes me question how well my drinks have been made, as well as how much I'm being charged for a beer.

Sorry Pink, you've lost my business.

Great pleace, BUT A LOT OF ATTITUDE: Fun to hang out here, good music, nice people except that the bouncers has SUCH and attitude....

Fun for the Post-Rave Crowd: had a fabulous time both times i've been to Pink. they've done fabulous things with the space, the staff is very friendly, and the DJ talent is fabulous! parking is easy too! all for a cover of $10!!!! what more could you ask for?
