User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsStopped by to pick up a quick dinner and the employee at the cash register was of absolutely no help. They were out of extra crispy and she didn't know if they were going to be making anymore(this was at 6:45 p.m. on a Thursday). Finally after three lethargic trips back to the kitchen she told us they were making more chicken but it would be about 30 minutes. We had finally placed our order after about 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes our food was bagged and ready to go. I've made comments or suggestions to the manager in the past and haven't been met with much support so I just took my food and headed home.

They were out of breasts and extra crispy at 6:00pm (dinner time). Manager told me not to come back if I was not satisfied. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
