You get to go through the buffet, put together your own bowl of food (you choose the size of the bowl and the ingredients of your eats), then when your bowl is full you bring it to one of the grillers at a big round grill. The grillers then slap your ingredients that you have put together onto the big round grill and take these big bamboo sticks and move the food around the grill in a clockwise pattern, then when the food is fully cooked then they swish your food into your bowl in a fancy little way. The food tastes great, the deco of the place is awesome, and the servers are sooo sweet!!!
