I put a review on this web site about the way that I was treated and for some strange reason it is gone, but that's not a problem because I have is saved on my desktop and I will be putting it out here again, and if they take it off again I will put it back on there again. I will post it later. They must have something to hide that they take off reviews for everyone to see. 2006 prius. I live in sw arlington and this is the close dealership. I got pulled over for a tailight being out and to get it dismissed I had to take it to a dealership or shop to have proof it was fixed. I got there about 30 minutes after the service dept opened and had to hunt someone down for help. I found a lady and at first she was polite but told me that to fix my light that i would need an electronic diagnoses for $99 and if it was just a bulb that would be $50 so in all $150. I was shocked and possibly rude but to top it off they wanted me to leave the car and pick it up later that day. A LIGHT BULB!!!! She recomended I take it somewhere else. I did O'reilly's on S Cooper and I got two bulbs for $3 and everything was fixed in 5 minutes. I think dealerships in general are ridiculous but I have been to this three times since I purchased my car. 2 times I left and went somewhere else and the other I picked up an extra key remote that I ordered over the phone without problems. I am not sure why they go out of their way to irritate customers or why something that takes five minutes needs to be drawn out into hours of work. Like the service lady said I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere. Don Davis in N arlington I have had a better experience. Fort Worth Toyota is where my mother purchased her Corolla and thinks they do a wonderful job and got a better deal than in arlington. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
I bought a 2007 Avalon Limited from these guys .. and have regreted every since. they are untrustworthy and do as little as possible to help you with warranty problems.

watch out for the air filter trick ...where they bring you a dirtier one for replacement
