User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove Cozy Toes! Tiffany is the best as is Elona -- they both really take their time and are super gentle. The place is clean and relaxing... although when the owner is around it's noticeably less relaxing. He's a bit of a grouch. Happily he's hardly there. :)
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI think I finally found a spa I can say does nails like no other nail spa. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Parking is great too. Very relaxing and long lasting mani pedicure.

My favorite nail spa! I live in Downtown LA but I drive up there every two weeks to get my nails done. Really nice place and clean.
