This time my laptop was not ...See MoreI have been using this store since 2000 and I take my MAC and PC for repair when I need to. This time my laptop was not working at all and I was out of town. I had to take it to best buy, they told me I lost all my files and OS. I called PC Magic and takl to Fred. He told me when I get back in town bring it and He can try to fix it. I toke it to him when I got back in LA. Sure after 2 hours he called me and not just my os came back also all my files as well. I don't know how he did it but he found everything.
