I will never use Desi Cycles again. Desi's mechanic broke my bike. The bikes parts went missing while in his shop. Desi has prolonged fixing a bike that was broke by his work , with parts he lost. Desi has been dishonest and a poor businessman. This shop is truely a place to steer clear of.

He knows everything about every bike right off the top of his head.
Very good, works with the customer to make them happy.

bike sat at my shop with no communication from the customer for 1 1/2 year.it went to another shop and sat for another year.it came back to desi cycles with parts missing.i notified the customer and she brought me the seat(nobody knew where the other parts were).i fixed the bike put in a new battery and had it inspected and replaced the missing parts.the customer wasnt pleased so i purchased the bike for 2600(kbb value is 2500 in excellent shape and this bike has damage due to being wrecked by the previous owner.) and 200 for a tank bra that was removed before the bike came to the shop.
