User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsthe last time I was at church's I ordered some cheese bombers and they were all out I went to the window to use my debit card and the machine was broken...I just think they might be a little ghetto...either they are all out of something or nothing works...what's up with that

i can wait to go back !: what i dislike about churchs chicken, is that nothing can be substituted for other side items on the family meal,I come to churchs chicken for my family,so most of the time i want a family meal which only offers mashed potatoes,and coleslaw, i dont like coleslaw, so not being able to"sub" it for something else makes me go else where, it feels like im being forced to buy coleslaw,because its not one of the most sold items yall offer it in a meal making it a non substitute item, plz change the rules, because i like the chicken.

I had a coupon for 8 pieces of mixed and when I got home I had all legs and theighs. I took the chicken back,which had been setting in floor of my van and I had handled some pieces and the girl put it back on the line.I said something to her that she wasn't suppose to do that and she said they had to count the pieces.I wanted to say you can do that without putting it with the other food but I just left with parting words that I would not be back again. If that is how clean they are with food I don't need to go there. The manager never left where she was standing to say she was sorry or anything.NEVER AGAIN
