User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRUDE, SNOBBY, AND JUST OUTRIGHT DISHONOST! I went to look at an older civic that was posted online. The CIvic was listed for 5500 and when I called they said that it was still available. However, and on that same day, after driving ALL THE WAY to Columbus from dayton, I was told that the Civic had been SOLD already the DAY before and waiting to be picked up (on that same day I got there). This was after I talked to them on the phone and they said it was still available. Then after they tried selling me a newer Civics that were in the price ranges or 12,000 - 16,000.. Im a 24 year old college student, enough said about that. Once they realized I couldnt afford anything more expensive they became very cold and pretty much acted like I wasnt there anymore. One of the worst experiences ive ever had.

DON'T EVER GO HERE! My husband and I were searching for a used Honda Pilot and our internet search brought us to this dealership. We called about a specific vehicle we found online and were informed by Josh that it would be held for us until someone could come look at it (Columbus was a 3 hour drive from our home). When we made it down (only two days later), the same Josh had sold it ON THE SAME DAY he told us it would be held. He then attempted to sell us one Pilot for 6 thousand dollars MORE than the one we came to see. When we refused that one, he attempted to sell us one that had just come off lease. Both were filthy inside with broken parts. When we were getting ready to leave, they were trying to start the Pilot that had just come off lease. They had to jump-start it.
That place is loaded with a bunch of shysters. We ended up spending a hundred dollars in gas just to drive down and turn around and drive home. Don't waste your time or money going to Hugh White Honda. -

I had a wonderful experience.Price are very reasonable. Excellent customer care. Ask for Benny he is very friendly, no pressure, honest, straight forward. Pleasure to work with him.
