I was desperate and out of business when my computer crashed!
John and his team started coming up with different ideas on how to get me up and running until my computer could be fixed. They were sincerely concerned about fixing my problem, not ripping me of like the other guys.
Thanks John, you and your team not only saved my a**, you restored my faith in that Quality of Service does still exist!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI can't begin to express how terrific the service was from Echelon. My computer did not start up; Echelon discovered a virus that had attached to one of the startup files. When I ran McAfee, it destroyed the virus but it also corrupted the startup file that was needed to boot the computer. Echelon ran a diagnostic, cleaned up the virus and restored the corrupted files--all for $29.99!
