User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDoes not respond to repeated calls requesting payment arrangements, and then sent me to the courts for a bill that I tried to make arrangements on repeatedly. Received no communication that she was even considering sending us to the courts. No calls, no notices by mail, just the summons. Am keeping a record now of all non-returned calls to send to the judge if this happens again. Be aware, and keep your records, because this will happen to you as well!
