The ambiance and music is great and the food is very well prepared and is delicious. The people that work here are also very friendly and cordial. I would highly recommend this restaurant
Blue Canyon is by far my most favorite restaurant in the Cleveland area. The steak is mouth watering, and the cosmo's are a treat. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is always personable and with a smile. When friends and family are in town, we always eat there and leave full and satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant, you will get what you pay for!
I was disappointed with the dinner, and especially the very high price. My fillet was a poor cut from the tenderloin, with gristle and much too much fat. My wife's was a better cut and she found it acceptable. The salad was fresh, the dinner rolls were stale and bland. Service was superlative and our 25% tip reflected our satisfaction with the waiter.
I would not suggest this restaurant for anyone wishing to impress a guest or visitor---if you are seeking fine dining. The restaurant is however something to see especially with the LED blue lights and the snow covered landscaping.
The price is what made this a disappointment. I would expect that paying for a 5 star restaurant, one would receive 5-star dining fare.
Overall I would rate this a 3 out of 5.
Keep the ambiance, keep the waitstaff, fix the kitchen or reduce your prices to match the less than satisfactory dinners.
Sorry, but this is how I feel...

I love it when restaurant employees write comments...sorry Filly, but your review reads like a TV commercial, I think this site is better served by real comments by people who have no personal interests other than dissemination of the truth...but it is a nice picture!!!
im not a restaurant employee, a little off-base there buddy. my review is an honest reflection of how i feel. but thanks for wasting precious time in your life that you will never be able to get back leaving such an ignorant comment :o)
