   This is place is full of sleazy sales people. They will lie, double-talk and say anything else just to make a sale.
   
   They are overly aggressive and have poor customer service. Why would you spend thousands of dollars in a place that treats you like nothing and blows you off when you have legitimate concerns. This is how I felt treated by the General Manager and Sales Managers. I regret to this day that I purchased my Galant from here. It really is a shame that people have to be divisive and dishonest all in name of making a few bucks.
   
   I would not recommend South Holland Mitsubishi to anyone.

   A rather disappointing experience...: I recently purchased a new 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealership. The day I was there was supposed to be the last day Mitsubishi was having rebates on 2007 models. I couldn't find the color that I was looking for, but they told me I can buy a different color Outlander, and once they order new ones I bring it back to switch with the right color. So I paid full price for a car that already had 1500 miles on it and was not the same color that I wanted.
   
   To make the long story short, they called me two weeks later, telling me they have the right color. By the time I was there, however, everything was different: My car was now considered as "used" (because of extra 500 miles on it), and if I wanted to switch it with a new one, I had to pay extra 4000 dollars! Of course I decided to keep the one that was a little used and was not the right color.
   
   Well, it was my first time buying a car, and I didn't know that some car dealers can be very tricky. Technically there is nothing illegal with what they did, since according to Illinois laws once the customer picks up the new car, it is considered as used (and I didn't have it written that they will give me a new car). But what makes me feel bad is that the one they sold me was already used, and they charged me for a new one.
   
   The place is very friendly and they spend a lot of time with their costumers. Yet, unfortunately, these people are not very honest. So I told my friends not to buy from them, and if you are planning to do so, please make sure to have them write down and sign everything that they promise!
