User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy clothes have come back to me with marks that were not there previously. If they were there they would have been spot cleaned and marked as such. They were not. Plus this has happened more than once so I know I am not crazy. They admitted at first that it was them. But now they have changed their story when it comes time to compensate me.
So now great clothes are ruined and I am out of a lot of hard earned money for my clothes. Do not go here! There are plenty of other good cleaners in Katy.-

Awesome service! Employees were extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming. Definately the best cleaner in the area.

Great Service!: Everytime itis great service, not just once in a while. The price is great, the people are friendly and my clothes look wonderful!

And yes, as far as initial customer service, they are nice. But that is the easy part, to be nice to your satisfied customers. The real test in when a customer is not satisfied with your work. That's when you see the real character of the business. Sadly, they failed miserably in this regard. I cannot express how disappointing and frustrating it is to have them ruin my clothes!
