User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Honey Pecan Salmon Salad was AWESOME!!!: I eat at your restaurant about once a week (or another JC if I can't get there). I often eat the salmon salad. Last night's take-out was the best. I called David to see if you had changed the recipe, but he said no. I must have gotten the "Main-man or woman" chef. The honey pecan sauce completely covered the nice size piece of delicious salmon. My wife and live in Huntsville, but I work in Baytown. My wife often comes to Baytown primarily to eat at JC's or now CIG. Keep up the good food and service - - we'll be back very soon........ Thanks!!! Sarah Wells - you're doing a great job, too!
