I went there with my mom and dad to check out some cars. We were buying my mom a new car, so we checked it out. They couldn't give us a good deal on a new Altima, the manager didn't want to go lower in price, even though ti could clearly be done. The sales guy was trying to be a manipulative douche bag. He didn't help much when showing us the cars on the lot either. When we sat down for pricing, my dad went to go to the bathroom, the sales guy was actually trying to manipulate me and my mom, but I'm no fool either, it irritated me a lot. We ended up going to the Toyota Dealership not too much farther down the road and we were treating like customers should be treated. We got a really good deal too, they gave us the deal that this Nissan dealership failed to do. Don't get me wrong, I love Nissan but this dealership is one to stay away from. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else.

Horrible liars DON'T GO THERE AT ALL. They take advantage of the elderly. THE WORST SCUM BAGS ESPECIALLY A SALESMAN NAMED MIKE LINDSLEY. He lied to my mom poor thing. Told her if she bought the car from him she would get free oil changes for life. He kept calling for her to send in her survey about the dealer and to give him good remarks, when all along he knew he had to lie to get the sale done. When my 72 year old mother goes in to get her oil changed they charged her $69.00 and she is on a fixed income. When we asked Mike about it he denied ever offering it. Typical salesman tricks. That was the only reason she bought the Nissan Rogue there was for the promise of free oil changes for life. THE WORST THING IS WHEN THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR MOM. THAT'S WHAT THEY DO HERE AT CHAMPION NISSAN. HOW CAN YOU'LL SLEEP AT NIGHT WHEN YOU LIE THROUGH TEETH TO THE ELDERLY. If you need a Nissan go to Mossy Nissan just down the road. Everyone told my mom to go to Mossy, but since Champion was closer in Katy my mom gave them the benefit of the doubt. Micheal Lindsley comes across as the nicest person ever, but when it comes to sales its do or die and survival. Lie to get what you want. Champion is called Champion because there the champions in lies to there customers. AGAIN DON'T GO THERE. THERE DESTINY IS CLOSE AT HAND, WITH SERVICE LIKE THAT THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN NO TIME. HOPEFULLY IF YOUR KATY RESIDENT LIKE I AM AND KATY PROUD you'll stay away from scammers that are not at all welcomed in Katy.
Just when you think there are honest sales people around. You get hit with a brick on the head it makes you wake up and get every word in writing.

    VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

Do not shop here, unless you like being ripped off. Deceptive practices is their game. Sold me a car that was in previous accident, they provided clean carfax but knew of the accident. I told them my trade was in a bad accident, and they sold it as a clean "history vehicle". These clowns should not be allowed to operate under the Nissan trademark. Employees are rude, the female salesman tried to deter me from buying the car because I saw it online for $3000 cheaper and I wanted that price. Tried to tell me I would need to put $2000 down in order to get it, before they even viewed my credit files. Only send your enemies to buy a car from these idiots. You have a better chance of buying an accident free vehicle from a salvage yard.
