the best restaurant in Rochester: I have been here a couple of times now, and have been more impressed each time. Went there with friends, and with my mom. superb service, and you can't get much better food. The servers won't let your glass get empty, and don't hurry you out at all. Wonderful place to eat dinner.

Plumb House Move Over: The building doesn't look like much ...So for months I just drove by.... Being a long time patron at Plumb House , and usally disapointed in the quility of the local sushi offerings in Rochester... I rarely venture into other shushi restaurants... One day I decided to take a chance... What a pleasent surprise... The place was clean but sort of ran down nothing fancy here....Smaller than a studio apartment but cozy.....Believe me when I say it , this was the best Sushi I ever had in Rochester.... The Miso is amazing... Big cubes of tofu and lots of nori.... Though I was still wary I only ordered rolls and not sashimi..... The rolls were as fresh as I ever had, and they had some really creative choices.... Beat sushi rice I ever tasted...Perfect vinager to sweet flavor ,and the texture was perfect.....Although our Server was wearing a faded t-shirt and loose jeans and spoke very little if any at all, service was lighting fast and he did smile a whole lot ...But that was good with me.... He left me alone to give me more time to scarf down the most delicious sushi in town. POINT BLANK...

btw, it's brown seawood that goes in miso soup, not nori.
