Not bad...: Very small store, with usually one guy there. My dealings with him have been pretty honest. I just bought some memory there and he gave me a pretty good deal. He also bought the leftover parts from a computer I had go bad on me. Didn't give me much for the spare parts, but it was about on par with every other computer place.

The owner is knowledgeble, and will answer basic questions, but if you don't know him, he kind of will make you pay for services before giving advice on anything he could make some money on. This is typical though for small businesses.

It's kind of like when a place will tell you if you want to use the bathroom, you have to buy something first.

Service would probably be slow on repairs due to lack of manpower, but I don't know since I never had anything repaired there.
