Dr Smart has been my eye doctor for quite a few years now. I fel he is very thouruogh in his work and I feel like I have had a great exam with him, after my visit. He and his staff are so nice and helpful and always so curtious. They are great and I appreciate them very much. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I had him as my doctor when he was in Wilmington, and I tried another couple eye doctors and was very unsatisified, so that's why I'm with Dr Smart and his staff today. Thank you to all of you...

He is completely thorough, and great with kids!: I have gone to several different eye doctors, and eye clinics who brag about how great they are and how fast their service is, but they were way below standards. The last place I went to misdiagnosed me with a serious problem. I paid for the glasses to correct the problem, but when I put them on I immediately knew they were wrong. I saw I triplicate! I had to take the glasses off so that I could drive home! They insisted that I wear them so that my eyes would be corrected. They finally got used to them, but I kept migraines. I bothered them until another doctor agreed to recheck me. The misdiagnosis and bad prescription almost ruined my eyes for life! I will never go to those quickie places again. Dr. Smart is very thorough, and I usually get the new glasses for my kids even before the girls in the office say that I will. The girls are very helpful, and know what they are doing. They have gone out-of-their way to stay in the office when we called and told them we were on our way, but would be a little late. they stayed after hours for us! THAT'S the kind of service that will keep us for life! Dr. Smart has also done missionary work overseas for the poor. He takes old, no-longer-needed glasses to the poor and gives them to the ones in need. (So, don't forget to take you old pairs with you to give to the girls in the office!)
