About:Cooked for long periods of time at low temperatures, the bar-b-que at this restaurant has developed quite a reputation. Their pork shoulders are smoked for over 12 hours, the brisket over 14 hours, and ribs for 7 hours. They use hickory in their smokers to enhance the natural flavors and a BBQ sauce using an old family recipe. Enjoy fantastic sides like homemade baked beans and fresh cut-fries as well as salads and homemade pies.

    Best BBQ place I have been too, hands down! Started out tasting the BBQ sauce at a friends backyard BBQ. I had to get my hands on some! I took the trip down too Temecula from Rancho Cucamonga. Well worth the trip. Everything there was good. I tried Burger, Ribs, Chili dog, and beerbattered onion rings. I also left there with 5 jars of BBQ sauce. Extemely good customer service, Great food, Good vibe, and Can't wait to go back down there. Thanks John! Your the man and keep up the good work there!

    I took my family to this place and we all loved our BBQ sandwiches. I would definitely go there again! Large menu, relaxed, picnic-like atmosphere, nice employees too.

    The best BBQ in Southern California! The owner is doing a good thing with this resturaunt. BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches are the best! Ribs are amazing! Couldn't ask for anything more!
