I went to Toyota of RSM instead of Powers Toyota because of the review I read here. I can only say that not only is TRSM the cleanest and best run dealership I have ever been to, but I will definately buy my next Toyota from them. That may seem like no big deal, but if you take into account that there are probably 12 Toyota dealerships between my home and work with TRSM being the farthest (80 miles) the fact that I am willing to drive 90 minutes from my home to buy a car IS a big deal.
I have owned 4 Toyotas since 2004 and have been happy with the vehicles, but NOT the dealerships. I'm so sick of the lies and double-speak that you get from most salesmen and finance departments that I want to strangle them when they tell me a bold faced lie.
I have only had my car serviced at TRSM and have never bought from them, but I have confidence from service experience and the other reviews I've read here, that I will get the same level of service and honesty from the salepeople as I did the service department.

I do not usually do these unless TOTALLY DESERVED....and YES Toyota RSM is the best dealership I have ever dealt with...I contacted the internet department and was LUCKY enough to get Sven as my salesman...HE WAS EXCELLANT in everyway,,,,He lived up to EVERY promise he made over the phone ad made my purchase very quick and easy,,,,Again, If you are buying a Toyota go to the RSM store,,,And make sure to ask for Sven in internet sales,,,You will be very well taken care of....Kristi.

I was just there today. My wife went in for an oil leak. They told her that it was a loose oil pan nut; they tightened it and charged us $50 bucks. LOL what a bargain.
Pathetic customer service manager I talked to him and he actually said that he should have charged me $110. That "I got off lucky".
This was the best 50 bucks I have ever spent in my life I really do feel lucky. Lucky something serious wasn't wrong with it.
I only wish there was a lower ranking.

It amazes me how rude some customers are. if you go to any dealer check the labor rates. so it doesnt matter if you went to TRSM or Power or Capo toyota you would have still been disatisfied with your service. Standard diagnostic time is 1hour =$110. Your labor rate was cut in half and your disatisfied. Some people need to start looking a things from other peoples point of view. You payed A certified technician to solve your problem because obviously you couldnt.
