User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe representatives I spoke with in the box office were extremely rude. I had credit on tickets I had not used when I an agent rudely told me that they were already doing me a "favor" by giving me the credit on the unused tickets and that they didn't even have to do that but were because of good customer service. Also I was told that refunds weren't allowed even though my tickets could now only be used towards an extremely limited number of their shows. I feel bad for the Egg that they have such terrible people representing them. It will certainly deter me from seeing shows there in the future as dealing with these people isn't even worth my frustration.
