The front desk staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. I feel like they think they are being bothered by us. The nurses are also unfriendly. No one smiles. The doctors are also lacking. Dr. Felluca is supposed to be the best, but she doesn't take time to explain to me how my pregnancy is progressing or why I suffer from certain things. Dr. Sartawi was rude to me one time, then nice to me the next and I KNOW she didn't know I was the same person. It seems like they have a lot of turnover of drs...maybe that's a sign.
I have been a patient at PF for 5 years. My experience has been very positive! Dr. Santiago delivered my daughter via C-Section before she left the practice. I was bummed because she has the most amazing way about her, however, Janie and Dr. Felluca are wonderful! My husband and I felt like we were in good hands throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and post care. I will definitely continue to be a patient there with my next pregnancy. As for the front desk, everyone has bad days and I found a smile goes a long way.
Love the practice. I have been going for five years. The staff, nurses and doctors are wonderful, considerate and very personable. I would recommend them to anyone. I do prefer the Reston office to the Ashburn office. The walls in the Ashburn office are thin and I have heard entire patient/doctor conversations that should not have been overheard. As for the negative comments here, you always pay the co-pay before being seen at any doctor's office these days not sure why that was viewed as a negative experience. The extraordinary positive comments out weigh the negative posts. Some patients/family members have unrealistic expectations and sometimes people possibly staff are just having a bad day, we are all human and that happens on occasion. This is a wonderful practice that gives wonderful patient service and I have quit two practices in prior years in the Northern Virginia area that were awful. I would be surprised if those practices are still in business.
