We are part of the PEG system which means we broadcast Public, Education, and Government channels on both Comcast and Verizon. We are a volunteer based organization and depend heavily on the help of the community to cover events. All of our services are FREE of charge including membership, use of equipment (both in studio and portable equipment), workshops, as well as individualized training. NCTV trains on a variety of topics including but not limited to: studio production, field production, editing (using iMovie, Final Cut Pro 7, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro), lighting, audio recording, and much more. We have FREE weekly workshops on Tuesday nights at 6:30 (please sign up online!) Our number one rule is that anything our equipment is used for must be not for profit and must be shown on our channels. The rest is totally up to you! No topic is off limits, although we may exercise our right to air during safe harbor if the content unsuitable for younger audiences.
