User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBeware of their double-sided sticker 'tactic'. Looked at a low milage used car, looked great, made a resonable offer then the salesman brought the sticker and TURNED IT OVER to show me the work they said they had done. He said we can't negotiate because they did work (which they had to do anyway) on the car. Sleazy and wasted my time.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCoastal Nissan is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service, from the service team to the sales team - HORRIBLE. I would highly reccomend going anywhere but here for a new or used vechicle. I have had multiple issues with a brand new car and it has been the worst experience.
