Would rate it 10 stars if I could!!! Great place to eat!!!

Friend and I are from east Tennessee and we love sushi. Did some googling before we headed out and found this restaurant online. It turned out to be a more than perfect expeience for us.

We ate at the sushi bar... Chong is such a cool chef. She is very creative and really got the hang of makeing sushi!!! We didn't even have to order ... She let us try so many different kinds of sushi rolls and other stuff. We love the plum wine and the sake! Took the empty wine bottles with us when we left ... better than generic things you can find from souvenir store! Yes, not only was the food fresh and delicious, it was artistically prepared. Chong loves what she does and it shows in the preparation and in her personalized customer service. We felt like important dignitaries both times we ate there (so good we had to go back again before our vacation ended)!

Highly recommend this restaurant if you love Sushi too!

I made the mistake of going here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. It took 45 mins to get our food on my 1hr lunch break. I was very upset but then the manager came out and took $20 off of the bill and gave me some coupons for free deserts. The food was Excellent and worth the wait. If you are in a hurry do not go here on a Friday, haha!!!

looking at some of these reviews, people are judging outside the purpose...looking for a beach scence or something....go to destin....this is how fort walton beach does tgi fridays.... we went there and had two seperate orders of baby back ribs....yes they had outside seating but they also had indoor seating, I had no problem with getting indoor seating. between me and my daughter, the waiter really had his work cut out for him....I had a wonderful meal, wonderful conversation, wonderful service, beutiful drinks all that is expected. Get there early and get no wait also. I would've called them on the music playing in the parking lot, but actually it wasn't that bad. Resturaunts should be careful with that though....family friendly.
