    I am new to gainesville, and after I saw all the great reviews I thought this pizza was going to be great. Unfortunately, I got the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I ordered the veggie pizza. Maybe they were just having an off night, whatever the case may be I wouldint go back.

    Though nothing compares to REAL NY pizza, or pizza from up north in general, Big Lou's is the closest-to-the-real-thing I have tasted in FLA, period. Their pizza is beyond good... by far THE BEST pizza in Gainesville! Heck, they probably have the best pizza in the greater north central FLA area!! Love it

    First of all...I'm a Pizza cona sewer from Philly, NY and Jersey shore. Dassit.
    I Heart NY pizza...wah...yeah it was good about a week and then they cut cawners and it's so friggin' inconsistent...hey try are chewy fluffy cheese free oooops we forgot to not charge you a full order of topping when you ordered half only pizza with the 2" crust LIP....yeah I'll be back NOT...WHY...cuz Big Lou's is witout a doubt the truest, the thin crustiest, "Am I in Jersey?"..."My Gahd, I can smell Brooklyn in the air." kinda pizza that NO ONE, yeah, you know...NO ONE can make a better local pizza then Big Lou's... Yeah, I know Satchels crust is like a saltine when it cools, but hey, that's why you don't go there anymore.

    Eat it wit a fawk, fold like your on the boardwalk in Wildwood or just plain inhale it like you
    never had pizza in North central Florida this good.

    It is wortj going way out of your way for...45 minutes...shYEAH!!
