    My favorite place to eat in Athens. Not only is the food consistently good, but the service is excellent and the restaurant clean and well-organized. I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed.

    to start off. as soon as you walk into the building...everyone seems friendly. they sit you down, and 1 minute later, you have a bowl of homemade,delicious, chrispy tortilla chips and a bowl of salsa, too. then they take your order and about 5-10 minutes later. you are eating. the service is GREAT! the food is also great...depending on what you get. if you dont like grease filled crap[the beef taco's] not saying they're not good. but everytime i pick one up...grease starts pouring out. I would recomend the seafood stir fry...or something that doesnt include ground beef. like chicken taco's or the carne esada.

    Best Mexican Food this Far North of Texas: Best food this far north. I lived in Texas most of my life,i love great Mexican food and Casa Lopez by far is the Best this Far north. it is the only Mexican Restaurant that i would take my friends to when they come up to visit.
