Don't waste your time or money on the Service Plan. You will find they never answer the phone to give you the advice you have already paid for. Thus, you have to pack up the computer and take it in to ask a question or to get help. The lines are long and slow moving. No matter what time of the day or week. This is insane. I have spent over 7 hours of my own time just to get one question answered. Plus draggin and jolting my system around to get it there.
I was reading all the bad reviews as I picked up the phone and called our Bakersfield Best Buy ... A pleasant polite young woman answered the phone promptly, asked what I wanted, (to know about my warranty), she said hold on and within a moment came back answered my question. I think people must call on high traffic days such as a holiday or rush hour. People are always SO QUICK to critize. I give it a 5 star review
Don't bother with trying to call for information on a repair they don't answer the phone thus making you drive to the store location and waste 2 hrs of your day after a half an hour waite in line to ask a question.

I have called at all hours, every day of the week. No use. I took my cell phone bill in to show them that I had spent over 3 hours on hold over a one week period. The tech just seemed annoyed. The manager was not of any help at all
