Nice guy: This is probably the nicest person I met in Franklin. After calling him and getting his price (40 dollars to pop a lock), I tried to get the lock open myself. I couldn't. Lucky for me, his grandson (I didn't know it was at the time) was walking down the street. After some casual conversation, I realized he was related. I was told to tell Bob that I knew this guy and he would give me a discount. Bob was not willing to do so at first, but, eventually I talked him down to 20 dollars. I still think it is a bit much to drive out and spend 15 seconds popping a lock, but, 20 dollars is not much money, and it was a 50% discount.
